Remote Alaska

Remote Alaska is unlike any other place in the country and even in the world. As you get further and further into Alaska's wilderness you begin to understand why it is so frequently referred to as the last frontier.

Accessible by boat and floatplane, Halibut Cove Lodge serves as a gateway to the wilderness Alaska has to offer. From the moment you arrive at this adventure lodge you'll be wrapped in comfort and exposed to adventure. Nothing is better after a long day of remote Alaska halibut fishing then relaxing and unwinding in the comfort of the lodge. After a fresh gourmet meal you may find the privacy of your private cabin and the unbelievable views it affords too alluring to turn down.

Pristine mountains, ancient forests, glacier carved valleys, and crystal clear lakes, streams, ponds, and rivers surround you. A diverse and exotic collection of wildlife surrounds you and the lodge. Located across the Kachemak Bay from Homer, Halibut Cove is a serene little spot where the pressures of everyday life will melt away.

We would love to hear from you and answer any questions you have about planning a stay with us. We offer access to a wide variety of activities including bear viewing, deep sea fishing charters, fly in fishing charters, heli-tours and flight-seeing trips, sea kayaking, mountain biking, and glacier tours. The opportunities are almost endless. We can go as far as your imagination can take us.
