We love the lodge, and all of you made it a wonderful week for all of us. We're going home with lots of fish and memories that will last us a year and then we will be back. Thank you Rick, for your hospitality and we're glad we got to spend time getting to know you. Matt, the food was wonderful and we always looked forward to it. Kara and Natalia - thanks for the hikes, fly fishing, and your company, (also Kara the cheese cake, bread, etc.) Carl, thanks for planning our activities with us and just for helping us plan each day. Alaska Bear photos

Grizzly Bear photos and Black Bear photos are some of the most prized things that guests take home from Alaska. Bears can be found in most parts of Alaska, and in some regions they actually outnumber humans!

Grizzly Bears are world renowned for their spectacular fishing skills, and there is no finer place to see them in action then Katmai National Park. Bear viewing platforms afford astonishing views of the bears as they snatch spawning salmon from the air. You won't believe your eyes as the bears catch fish seemingly at will!

Flight seeing tours offer access to places that would otherwise be inaccessible. Floatplanes and helicopters are both popular choices for traveling in the back country. If you want to get a great Grizzly Bear photo, you have to go where the Grizzly Bears are!
